KG&E's answering service will take your call and will contact our Service Department immediately.

A qualified KG&E technician will contact you by telephone normally within 15 minutes.

Please be prepared to describe the details of your request to our service technician.  The technician will advise you of his estimated time of arrival if your request is for emergency service. 

If your request is for a rental generator someone from our Rental Department will call you.

If the answering service does not receive a response from our on-call technician, the Service Department Manager will be called immediately.

If in the rare event that the Service Department Manager cannot be reached, your emergency call will be escalated through our management team up to the President of KG&E if needed until your call is received.

Your request becomes our priority and we will make every effort to solve your situation as responsively as we can.
