Emergency Service KG&E is committed to handling your emergency service calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will take your call and a qualified service technician will call you back, normally within 15 minutes. If your emergency occurs between 7:00am and 4:30pm please call our main office at one of the following phone numbers. Tell the receptionist that you are calling with a generator emergency and your call will be taken immediately. If your emergency occurs outside of our business hours please follow our after-hours process and you we will contact you as quickly as we can. Between 7:00am - 4:30pm Outside Business Hours
