SALES TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION:                       U.S. – DEL, MD, VA, WVA and Washington DC Metro.

JOB CATEGORY:            Commercial/Industrial/Residential/Rentals and UPS sales.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:  At least 5 years

EDUCATION LEVEL:  Four year degree preferred but will consider 3 – 5 years relevant experience and demonstrated technical aptitude.

STATUS:                            FULL TIME EMPLOYEE

SALARY/WAGE:          Salary plus commissions         

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Develop and foster on-going business relationships with:

• Electrical, Design and Consulting Engineers

• Electrical Contractors

• General Contractors

• Commercial & Industrial End Users ( e.g. Mission Critical Data Centers, Health Care, Manufacturing)

• Consistently achieve sales goals

• Manage the sales process

• Respond to “Bid & Spec”

• Negotiate business opportunities and have fun!  We have an outstanding inside sales staff to help you.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Four year degree is preferred but will consider 3 – 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience.

• Previous technical sales experience is a plus and minimum of three years of documented sales success and technical aptitude.

• Strong presentation and effective communication skills.

• Assertive sales presence and competitive spirit.
