Sales Administrative Support

Job Requirements:BS/BA/AA is a plus but not required, HS, VO-TECH and 4 years of previous experience with contracts and customer service. Construction industry will be a plus.

Job Details:Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The ideal person will be the POC (point of contact) for all incoming Requests for Quotes, entering all information received into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for new opportunities.
They will identify and/or locate any missing information on specs and drawings, then enter information into our CRM software.
Answer inbound customer calls and assist Sales Representatives as needed while maintaining Sales Quotas in Excel reports.
Process Contract renewals as well as assist in the preparation of Contract Renewal notices and monitor the statuses for the Service Sales Team.
