Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain professional appearance

Greet visitors entering the facility

Answer phones, screen and direct calls, taking/relaying messages

Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

Provide general administrative/clerical support to all departments as necessary

Receive mail, sort and deliver to appropriate people for distribution

Organize conference rooms, meeting rooms, bookings and office events

Maintain Keyless Entry System

Provide IT support by managing vendor account, ordering new equipment; cell phones, Mi-Fi’s etc.

Point of contact for IT support through current vendor, including ordering computer and providing support

Monitor and maintain office equipment

Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment

Monitor and control supply inventory

Update clerical and administrative procedures for Reception position as necessary to include Microsoft products

Maintain Reception area for a professional appearance

Assisting in Marketing duties, contact export, monitor Contact Us emails and distribute accordingly

Other duties as assigned  

REQUIREMENTS:

5-10 previous years Reception experience

Administrative background preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

BS/BA, AA, High School, GED

Articulate and professional phone voice

Must be a multitasker, detail oriented with excellent written and communication skills
