EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT /
OFFICE MANAGER

Location: Owings, MD

Department: admin

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day to day support for the CEO/President with his schedule, work, meetings, and personal matters when needed

Provide Executive Team support

Prepare for and attend Executive Meetings

Maintain Corporate Agreements

Oversee, track, and manage company processes and procedures

Oversee 1 direct report: Receptionist, provide guidance with work responsibilities

Coordinate company functions, office equipment, cell phone and wireless equipment and plans, organizational chart, travel arrangement/accommodations

Assist with Facility tasks as needed

Additional items as needed

  

REQUIREMENTS:

BS/BA, previous Executive Assistant experience a must. 

Would prefer at least 10 years of Office Management.

Marketing and Event experience a plus.

Must have an optimistic personality, be a multitasker, have Office Suite proficiency and a sense of urgency.  

Discretion and attention to detail is paramount in this position.
