We can not emphasize the importance of having emergency backup power in place and adequately serviced to ensure it is fully operational when required. KG&E are specialists in providing power in emergency situations and this is a unique emergency. It's important to have standby power equipment maintained in a state of readiness. Be prepared, keep your appointments scheduled, or call to make your appointment.

Our technicians and other employees have been advised to take precautions when interacting with customers or other members of the public based on social distancing guidance from the CDC. These measures include avoiding handshakes and attempting to stay at least 6 feet away from others when practical.

When arriving onsite to perform generator service our technicians follow the following guidelines:
