Department: Service

RESPOSIBILITIES:

Register new equipment for Warranty.
Process close-out documents and send to customers.
Data entry for projects in CRM and Manufacturer.
Point of contact for project status.
Monitor project progress and address any questions or concerns.
Oversee all job documents are received, processed and submitted.
Equipment and parts ordering as needed.
Coordinate with Sales, Service and Parts Department as needed on job related questions or concerns.
Address Warranty claims.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal departments.
Proficient in MS Office.
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work as a team member on project.
Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Data Entry proficiency.
Previous project coordination experience a PLUS.
Power generation, construction or related field experience a PLUS.
