Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The Project Coordinator works closely with our Sales Representatives, Customer, Management and Service Department. Oversee each project from bid opportunity to completed project. Be a liaison with clients, sales rep, manufacture, freight carriers throughout each project’s lifetime.
Data entry for opportunities in CRM
Point of contact for project status
Data entry for new customer as well as maintain existing customer accounts
Oversee all job documents are received, Signed proposal, PO, Credit Application etc.
Equipment and parts ordering
Monitor project progress and address any questions or concerns
Create and maintain project documentation
Coordinate with Service and Sales Department as needed on job related questions or concerns
Address Freight and Warranty claims
Send project close out materials
Keep project Excel up to date
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal departments.
Proficient in MS Office; an Excel assessment will be administered at the initial interview
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to work as a team member on project
Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Data Entry proficiency
Familiarity with construction methods, drawings, specifications, and construction documents a PLUS
Previous project coordination, quoting, bid boards experience a PLUS
Power generation, construction, or related field experience a PLUS
